Families and friends have gathered outside Port Elizabeth to say farewell to five apartheid activists who were killed by security police.
President Jacob Zuma is in attendance at the funeral of the Pebco Three and Cosas Two who were tortured and murdered in Cradock in the1980’s.
He received a thunderous applause when he walked into the sports centre at the Missionvale Campus earlier today.
Some dignitaries took to the podium to remind South Africans about the sacrifice the murdered men made for freedom.
ANC officials distributed posters stating “Your blood will nourish the tree of freedom.”
