Accountant Martin Flint is expected to take the stand in the Jackie Selebi trial on Friday to give evidence about payments allegedly made to the former police chief.
Glenn Agliotti’s former fiancée Dianne Muller who is Flint’s daughter finalised her testimony in the South Gauteng High Court on Thursday.
Selebi is on trial on charges of corruption and defeating the ends of justice.
Flint was the bookkeeper for Spring Lights, the company which was allegedly used to channel money from Brett Kebble’s JCI Group to Selebi.
He worked alongside his daughter Muller and Agliotti at her event management company’s offices in Midrand.
It is claimed Flint would draw significant sums of money on instruction from Agliotti, which would then be paid over to the former police chief.
Flint would then apparently fill out cheque stubs with the words ‘cash cop’, chief or JS.
During her testimony on Thursday, Muller described her father as an elderly man with an unreliable memory who still believes the world is a wonderful place.
