Police have arrested nine suspects in Woodstock in the Cape Peninsula for drug possession.

Police say they were on a foot patrol when they noticed suspected drug trafficking taking place at one of the houses in the area.

Officials say they searched the house and found dagga, an unlicensed fire arm and ammunition.

The police’s Hilton Malila says the suspects will appear in the Cape Town Magistrate’s Court on Monday charges of possession.
