Athletics South Africa administrator Ray Mali said on Monday the federation’s provinces were free to lodge objections to the newly-elected interim board.
Mali said he had not received any complaints regarding the inclusion of James Moloi and Alex Skhosana.
They were seen as supporters of suspended ASA boss Leonard Chuene and some athletes and provincial members were upset about their election at the weekend.
Mali said he was satisfied with the interim board.
“The board is 100 percent behind me towards getting the South African athletics on the right footing,” said Mali.
The new nine-member board included former sprinter Geraldine Pillay and former long-distance champion Hendrick Ramaala.
