In
Kwazulu Natal, Premier Zweli Mkhiza and the province’s Health MEC Sibongiseni
Dlomo are visiting hospitals around the province this morning.
One
of the stops they made was at the King
Edward Hospital
in Durban.
Staff
on duty at the hospital are elated that the MEC and the premier are visiting
them on Christmas Day.
They
have already handed out baby hampers containing essentials to mothers who are
in need.
Children
who could not spend Christmas with their families due to poor health have also received
gifts from the local government.
Staff
sang and filmed, whilst some tried to get a photo with the pair of politicians.
